This Privacy Policy explains how Martina Radulovic (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit martinaradulovic.com (the “Site”) or purchase artwork or prints from me. I take your privacy seriously and handle your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Depending on how you use the Site, I may collect the following categories of personal data:

I only process your personal data where I have a lawful basis to do so under UK GDPR:

  • To fulfil your order (Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract): processing payments, arranging shipping, sending order confirmations, and handling returns or queries about your order.
  • To respond to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests): replying to messages you send me, including commission enquiries.
  • To send marketing emails (Article 6(1)(a) — consent): only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • To comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)): retaining sales records for HMRC and other statutory requirements.
  • To improve the Site (Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests): basic analytics to understand how visitors use the Site.

4. Who I share your personal data with

I do not sell your personal data. I share it only with trusted third parties who help me run the Site and fulfil orders:
